After almost 20 years in the computer business we finally got it right.

We had four stores in New Hampshire and Vermont. We woke up one morning and It was over $35,000 per month to keep the doors open, and it would take us a week to fix your computer. We were majoring in minor things. All the time you, the customer, were doing most of the work, by taking the computer apart and taking it to our store and then you have to pick it up and take it to your home or office and put it all back together again. All the time hoping that the problem WAS in your computer and not in a cable or something in your office. Bigger is not always better. We closed all the stores and went on the road.
